Finance Secretary of Goa Daulat Hawaldar has opined that he is not in support of illegal mining and Casinos. Expressing his personal views at a workshop for journalist organized by Goa Union Journalist, Hawaldar has stated that mining and tourist are two wheels of Goan economy. He has informed that since the IT Sector is not prospering in Goa, the State should think of generating revenue through Art and Culture.
