Project no.diy homemade bicycle winch this is the 2nd time i build a manual winch, the first doesnt came with a reverse break feature. and this time it works perfectly and it also works in electric Drill.
90 percent of the parts are from bicycle parts, bicycle rear sprocket, bicycle side wheel hub, bicycle Brake Drum and 4.0mm steel plate.
this winch can be use for lifting and pulling.
i will attach this winch on my new working studio.
