Man shot dead in London terror-related incident

Police have fatally shot a man in a terror-related incident in South London after he attacked people with a knife.

Authorities have confirmed three people were injured.

Witnesses saw the man carrying a machete with silver canisters strapped to his chest while being chased by police.
