💦☀️ My dream session: sweaty AF, fun and with at least one thing I can take my grump out on ☀️💦 Probably not how to design a well balanced conditioning session; however, the perfect way to make yourself feel better and get in some epic sweaty training at the same time.

40secs on, 20secs rest for 5 exercises. 3 rounds.

How you should pick your exercises: push pull upper lower etc.

How I pick my exercises: things that make me happy and that let me get out whatever mood I'm in (slamballs are great for this, picture whatever/whoever you're mad with and take it all out on the ball).

P.s. how good is this mirror trick with the video app? Two of me! Let's all imagine how hectic that would be 😂🤦💃.
