Scottish MP rebuked by Mister Speaker: You can't scare walk in front of him, backwards and forwards!

Scottish MP Neale Hanvey (Independent - Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath) was reprimanded by House of Commons Speaker Lindsay Hoyle during the presentation of a petition at the House of Commons.


Martyn Day introduced the petition on "Universal Credit Bonus Payments" when Scottish MP Neale Hanvey was moving around.


Commons Speaker Lindsay Hoyle intervened:

"Order! Order! What is the Member doing? Order! The Member is speaking. You cannot scare walk in front, backwards and frontwards!"
