Here it is. At long last. Diamonds in the Diamond. We've been waiting for this for almost 2 months now. Unless you were modding or doing some other crazy shit, you've been waiting for these sparkly things for a while now. I'd say this right here is the perfect valentines day surprise. This is the Silent & Sneaky Approach on Hard Mode with no Alarms triggered and Diamonds as a target. Because it's Valentine's Day, you'll get Diamonds your first try this week. However, after that, you will only have an 8% chance of getting Diamonds again according to my sources. Also, be advised, you will need three people to pick up all of the Diamonds when it's your target.
Considering that the Gold Glitch and the Bogdan method are a thing on this Finale, you may want to do this one time just to get the award and go back to Gold afterwards. I didn't try it here, but I'm almost positive there is no dupe glitch when it comes to Diamonds. You can Two-Man Gold and get the same amount of Money you do here for getting every Diamond on Hard.
