What a transformation. Quick disclaimer, I had no input or any influence on this amazing transformation. I think anyone who has, or is currently struggling with their weight, can understand and appreciate the physical and mental strength it takes to lose weight. It’s not easy, and at times it can feel like a roller coaster ride. It takes consistent hard work and dedication. I wanted to share Matt’s story from a perspective of someone, like many of us, who is in a committed relationship , has a full time job, and has everyday life commitments, but was still able to make a significant change to his diet and lifestyle to improve his weight and overall health.
