WEIGHT LOSS FAQ'S:
1. What made you go vegan? After watching Forks Over Knives and What The Health on Netflix I started to make some changes in 2016. Also when my BF Hector was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 3 years ago we both became even more strict with our food.
-- (We still of course have room for improvement we are NOT perfect with how we eat by any means.)
2. Do you count calories? No. I find that it doesn't work for me personally.
3. How much weight have you lost? I started out at 175lbs. last summer and I am now around 130lbs. It goes up & down tho
4. When did you start noticing results? It took me about 3 months to really start seeing a big difference. Results take LOTS of time & PATIENCE is key. I still struggle to this day but I am a work in progress.
