After a breakup, most people want to chase after their ex to win them back. But most dumpers are not receptive to being contacted and simply re-read from the same script as the breakup again and again.
If you want to get your ex back, then the best advice available is that you have to be strong and behave more attractively by not breaking no contact. Your ex is not worth your time if they do not make a gesture to you after the breakup. When you leave exes alone they admire you more than if you behave desperately to try win them back.
So why do you want to break no contact? Typically it is because you are in denial that your ex actually broke up with you. Most people lie to themselves to justify their current behavior. It can be too painful for a lot of people to accept that their ex has made a real decision and does not want to be together anymore.
Due to separation anxiety, dumpees end up convinced that the relationship is actually only slipping away now because they are not chasing. They convince themselves that the decision is still pending and that they deserve to be broken up with if they do not try to get back together with their ex by repeatedly calling and texting them.
If you are panicking and doubting no contact, thinking "Will my ex come back?" then you need to remind yourself that begging and pleading will likely not reattract your ex, and usually, once people get it out of their system, they decide to go no contact and stay there anyway, now feeling ashamed of their breakup behavior. So get a headstart now by not breaking no contact. You do not actually need your ex! The denial ends now.
