Other remedies -
#1) Keep in your front upper pocket, a small baglet, filled with these things -
Camphor - half square inch,
Clove - 2
Cardamom - 2
Black Pepper - 4
Mace - 1 piece
Frequently inhale it.
#2) Drink Tea of followings -
Holy Basil 5-6 leaves
Long pepper - 2
Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Giloy stik - 1 - 2 inch
#3) Spread fumes around -
Lit small pieces of the mango wood, add these in the flames -
Camphor
Guggul
Pipli (long pepper)
Black pepper
Neem leaves (margosa leaves)
#4) Breathing exercise -
Take a deep breath
Hold as much as possible
Exhale the breath
Hold the empty lungs as much as possible
Practice for 5 minutes, 6 to 7 times a day.
