Destroying NPCs in Fallout: New Vegas With A Weird Console Command

Fallout 3 and New Vegas have a bunch of console commands in them. Most aren’t all that interesting, however, a few can change things drastically enough that New Vegas tears itself in half to escape the digital torment. The SexChange command (don’t get offended it’s a toggle for in-game settings) can set any NPC’s race to the opposite of whatever it currently is. For the first time ever, mustachioed women are in Fallout.
