I'm cooking tandoori chicken, and using a new gadget to transport it to church and keep it warm. Since making this vid (a few months ago), I've discovered Patak's jars of Tandoori marinade that you mix with some yoghurt, IMHO Patak's tastes much better than the TRS spice mix I used in this vid. I used to make my own Tandoori spice mix from scratch, but it took longer, and I haven't even got it to taste as nice as Patak's. If anyone's got any tips feel free to leave them below.
