The first exercise is horizontal twist :
Reps - 15 to 20 (each sides)
Sets - 4 sets
Second exercise is diagonal twist :
Reps - 15 to 20 (each sides)
Sets - 4 sets
NOTE:
Weight of the medicine ball should not exceed 7 kg
This workout targets only your oblique muscles.
