Rescue puppy froze in a puddle, miracle survived after she lay all night

It was hard to imagine how she lay at night, in this puddle she could not move. It’s just a miracle that she survived.
They found the baby early in the morning of February 22 in Syzran.
A woman came to work early in the morning and heard a quiet whining 😭 She tried to lift, and the baby froze !! I don’t know how she survived, having lain so all night.
She was hit by a car ... hit and left, leaving the child to die !!!
The puppy was taken by local volunteers and taken to the clinic. Doctors said she was in a coma, head injury and hip fracture.
The condition was very serious!
She needs constant monitoring by the best doctors, good food and medicine!
She feels well after surgery , the foot is slightly swollen, but this is normal.
Varya is still in the clinic under the supervision of doctors, 2 weeks for sure.
Of course, one must observe that head injuries can have unpleasant consequences in the future, but we believe that Varya will be fine.
