Town & Country Utilizes Neurogym Equipment with Patients

Town & Country Health & Rehab in Minden, LA and Therapy Center utilize Neurogym equipment during patient care. Mr. Leftridge came to us after a lengthy hospitalization. Due to his inability to lift himself out of bed due to pain and weakness, it took four therapists to get him up. The therapy team saw this as an opportunity to utilize new equipment purchased by the nursing home, which would allow him to be mobile again with minimal assistance from therapists. The Neurogym equipment increased Mr. Leftridge's confidence and in standing and eventually walking on his own. He is now home with his wife, able to care for himself again and is back in the kitchen cooking his favorite dishes.
