WATCH LIVE: U.S. response to coronavirus scrutinized at Senate homeland security hearing Ken Cuccinelli, acting director of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, and senior Health and Human Services official Dr. Robert Kadlec will testify March 5 before the Senate Homeland Security Committee about the U.S. government's response to the coronavirus known as COVID-19, and preparing for future global pandemics. Eleven people in the U.S. have died from the virus, which has sickened or killed thousands around the world.
