Marcellus Wiley opened up to VladTV about Colin Kaepernick still not having a job in the NFL, which he believes has nothing to do with his athletic ability. Marcellus explained that there is more to getting an NFL job than being a talented athlete, adding that there is a level of professionalism that goes along with getting the job.
While speaking about Kaepernick's settlement with the NFL, Wiley explained that it doesn't imply guilt on the NFL's part, adding that he thought the timing of the lawsuit was crazy. He went on to speak about Kaepernick messing up meetings with other teams who were interested in signing him, including the Ravens and Seahawks.
