TNGVO President Karam Ravinder Reddy said that the All India Government Employees Federation (AISGEF) had decided to take up a dharna before Parliament on the 30th of this month to oppose the privatization of government agencies. The decision was taken at a meeting of the national executive committee of the union in Jalandhar, Punjab. He said the government would move to the central government demanding the abolition of vacancies in government departments and the termination of NPS (CPS) and contract-outsourcing policies. The National Council Meetings of the Association will be held in Pune, Maharashtra for three days from December 29.
