Rumdamol-Davorim Margao area housing board locals have alleged that the quality of the building is very bad. They have stated that the cement can be removed by hand. Locals have also informed that their taps are not working properly and that the electricity equipment install is of low quality. They have informed that they have purchased their flats for Rs 25 lakh, but looking at the quality of work it’s not even worth that much money.
