Shocking! Kid Runs Across Level Crossing Whilst Barriers Are Lowering!

Kid runs across Hampton Court Level Crossing whilst the barriers were lowering. Not long after, a train passed heading to Hampton Court station. This was one of the worst misuse incidents I've seen in a while. The boy appeared quite young, so perhaps a lesson on the dangers of the railways and correct use of a crossing is required.
