Quentin Tarantino gonna sue somebody... Grand Theft Auto V Challenges have always been interesting to me coming from a Speedrun background. I have long wanted to challenge myself to answer the question of whether or not you can complete GTA V without wasting anyone (A Pacifist Challenge or Pacifist%). Of course this question is a little bit of a joke, due to the first guard in the prologue, but I wanted to see how few people you MUST personally deal with to complete the game. I have extensive knowledge of GTA V both from all the testing I have done for the speedruns and from all my world record runs so I am able to push the game to its limits in order to play as a pacifist as much as possible.
Never forget that this is a comedy series, thus not to be taken too seriously, so I will be summarising and cutting together the missions in a comedic way. I both want to answer the question but also make you laugh. I have chosen to ‘melee’ anyone I have to deal with so that at the end of the series you will also be able to answer how many times you would be stuck if you did a melee only challenge.
Nothing in this series will require mods, there might be a glitch or two, but you could technically do everything yourself. Slowly developing better Any% NMS route
These episodes are highlights of my gameplay from my recent Grand Theft Auto V Speedrun. My GTA V Speedruns revolve around both finding new strategies and glitches as well as attempts to get world record in the main GTA V categories, any%, 100%, Classic%, Trevor% and Any% NMS. Many of these highlights feature world record gameplay as I have held the world records in each category many times over the long history of theses speedruns but they more often feature my fails. Unlike GTA Racing, such as that done by Broughy1322, GTA V Speedrunning is an endurance challenge that requires skill and knowledge in all aspects of the game including glitches and fairly niche strategies.
