Here are 3 simple exercises you can do in daily life to improve your posture!

1. Lean back against the wall. Slowly lift your arms up and down with elbows bent. In the meantime, make sure your shoulders and arms are touching the wall (20 seconds)

2. Stand sideways in front of the wall. Step forward with your leg near the wall. Lean your hand against the wall without breaking the elbow. Turn your body in the opposite direction without moving your feet. Do not forget to do the same movement in the other direction. You will notice that your chest muscles are stretching, and your back is straightened. (20 seconds)

3. Now stand straight. Stretch your arms forward, and then extend your arms out to your sides. Try to stretch a little more and push your arms back. In the meantime, your posture will be straightened and improved. (20 seconds)
