Carnival Cruises Raises Prices Of Cheers Drink Package By $3 per Day Carnival Cruise lines has increased the cost of the Cheers Beverage Program. The price increase takes effect on Jan 1st 2020. The 4 day package will be bumped up by $3 per day to $59.95 plus mandatory gratuity charges.
