Last week, three people were killed and at least 8 people were shot in Baltimore. Seven of them were shot within about a five hour time span during the day.
Baltimore is the most dangerous city in Maryland and the city's violent crime rate is more than double the rate of next closest city.
Homicide is a particularly glaring problem in Baltimore, but those aren't the only problems. Is a change in leadership the answer?
