Facebook is not Fakebook, nor is your life fake, and I can prove it.

It is not the lives of our Facebook friends nor our own that are fake. What is fake or what makes it seem fake is our perspective and judgment of our own lives. We then associate our perspective with others to justify our judgment of ourselves and to validate that idea by assuming everyone thinks that way too who also has a similar type of life and thought process. If we as humans did not do that, we would never understand growth and scale. Or worse, we would feel even worse about ourselves as being on an island alone in depression. The good news is our lives are no more fake than facebook is a website that allows us to share what we choose to share. The premise of the video is not to promote facebook. They don't need me to do that. The point is to let people know that their lives are good and meaningful, and that they matter. It also talks about how to be aware of that, so you may be able to build your confidence, your capacity, and in the end, your desired results you want out of life! I hope you enjoy the video! :-)
