To the point and easy to follow guide to all required material locations to modify or upgrade the Training Room from Level 1 to Level 10.

In total you will need:

Zeni x500,000 --- Collect Dragon Balls 5 times and select the wish "I want to be rich!" to get 100,000 Zeni per wish.
D Medal x150 --- Complete the main story, complete sub stories, get more Z Encyclopedia entries or collect them over the world.
White Meteorite x4 --- Minerals on Land of the Kais or Planet New Namek or purchase at Material Shop.
Black Meteorite x4 --- Minerals on Land of the Kais or Planet New Namek or purchase at Material Shop.
Refined Gold x4 --- Minerals at Sacred Land of Korin - West Forest Area.
Refined Silver x3 --- Minerals at Blake Blog - Central Plains Area.
Refined Iron x2 --- Minerals at Blake Blog - Central Plains Area.
Sturdy Bolt S x1 --- Found at West City around the Capital Corporation building or purchase at Material Shop.
Sturdy Bolt L x1 --- Found at West City around the Capital Corporation building or purchase at Material Shop.
Sturdy Bolt Z x1 --- Found at West City around the Capital Corporation building.
Gear Bearing S x1 --- Found at West City around the Capital Corporation building or purchase at Material Shop.
Gear Bearing L x1 --- Found at West City around the Capital Corporation building or purchase at Material Shop.
Gear Bearing Z x1 --- Found at West City around the Capital Corporation building.
Steel Nut S x1 --- Found at West City around the Capital Corporation building or purchase at Material Shop.
Steel Nut L x1 --- Found at West City around the Capital Corporation building or purchase at Material Shop.
