GOA’S POWER, WATER CHARGES & HOUSE TAX LOW AS COMPARED TO OTHER STATES: FINANCE SECRETARY HAWALDAR Finance Secretary of Goa Daulat Hawaldar has opined that he is not in support of illegal mining and Casinos. Expressing his personal views at a workshop for journalist organized by Goa Union Journalist, Hawaldar has stated that mining and tourist are two wheels of Goan economy. He has informed that since the IT Sector is not prospering in Goa, the State should think of generating revenue through Art and Culture. As per his observation, he has stated that in Goa the power, water and house tax is very low as compared to other states
