Wouldn't be needed had he read the act: Raman Singh on CM Baghel's letter to PM over CAA

Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh), Jan 31 (ANI): While speaking to media in Chhattisgarh's Rajnandgaon district on January 30, former Chhattisgarh chief minister and veteran BJP leader Raman Singh spoke on CM Bhupesh Baghel's letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, requesting the latter to repeal the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). He said, "There would have been no reason to write the letter if he (CM Bhupesh Baghel) had read the Act." As per the information given by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister's Office (CMO), CM Bhupesh Baghel earlier wrote a detailed letter to PM Modi requesting him to repeal the CAA.
