Here's a super easy recipe for htipiti. Htipiti is a Greek roasted red pepper and feta cheese dip that's crazy good!!! Also known as tirokafteri or red pepper hummus. This htipiti recipe can also be used as a spread as well. Serve with chips, crackers, pitas or your favourite veggies. Try it today, love it forever....
INGREDIENTS LIST:
- 40g feta cheese - 4 roasted red peppers - 4 sun dried tomatoes - 1 clove garlic - 1 green onion - 2 tsp. lemon juice
