Mountaineering with National Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports (NIMAS), Dirang.

NIMAS is located in the West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh, which is the least explored state in India. Arunachal has more army than civilians as it shares 3,488 km-long Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China, and because of the Indo-China dispute Aruanchal is not entirely open for tourism.

After a month's course I understood why China is fighting for this beautiful and serene land from the last many decades.

Have you ever imagined the Himalayas without glaciers turning into rivers, lush green forests giving shelters to thousands of different species and resources flourish more than 50 million people.
